Project Description:

The work on this project consists of converting an existing 46 bed unit with all semi-private rooms with shared toilet rooms and central showers into three suites each with living area, kitchenette, nurses station, single bedrooms with private showers and toilet rooms, patient lift and associated functions. The interior finishes include   casework with solid surfacing tops. Hollow metal door frames, flush wood doors, gypsum board and shaft wall partitions, acoustic panel ceilings,  interior ceramic tile floors and walls, sheet vinyl flooring with integral bases, resilient tile floors, rubber floor base, interior painting, wall protection items (corner guards, handrails) fire extinguisher, fire extinguisher cabinets, toilet/shower accessories and residential appliances.
